RavenSong Soap & Candle

RavenSong Soap & Candle makes handcrafted artisan goods such as luxury soap, bath bombs, candles, and so much more. The owner, Valerie captures her memories of growing up on Haida Gwaii in her products by using a mix of essential oil blends, textures, scents and colour.

When we started working with Valerie years ago, she wanted to elevate her brand awareness and reach people in a whole new way. We work closely with her to create eye-catching digital ads that tell her story and show how special these products truly are. 

We also run email marketing campaigns through an intelligent marketing automation platform called Klaviyo. We’ve been able to increase conversions and revenue, making sales automation seamless. 

In 2023, we had the pleasure of redesigning and developing a new Shopify website for Ravensong. Getting their team on this industry-leading e-commerce platform has allowed Ravensong to scale their business and reach new customers.
