Bringing The Island Grind Fully onto Shopify

The Island Grind opened its doors in 2017 and has since become a community space that celebrates passion for quality coffee, tea, and food. When they came to us, they already had a WordPress website and a live Shopify store, so we were tasked to work behind the scenes and transfer everything into Shopify without affecting the functionality of their existing store.

Like most web projects, we started with desktop and mobile design mockups to ensure that our vision for the site met their needs. To stay connected to their logo, we incorporated new graphic elements and iconography across the site, creating an aesthetic that was more cohesive with the brand. The end result made for a smooth transition during launch, and a fully functioning ecommerce website in one platform.
