Modernizing E-Commerce and Class Booking

The Spool is an inclusive, all-ages sewing studio in Cumberland, BC, dedicated to teaching and building community. They approached us to migrate their e-commerce platform from Square to Shopify and integrate an in-site booking app for classes.

We collaborated closely with their team to create a thoughtful site plan, ensuring intuitive navigation and a filtering system that makes shopping easier and more enjoyable. During the final stages of development, we hosted one-on-one training sessions and provided a detailed How-To guide, giving staff the confidence to manage the Shopify backend independently.
